DEKOs orderly service has been receiving good reputation from customers all over the world. Service procedure mainly contains three stages:Before sale service
- According to the project plan, the plane figure and elevation of the partitions can be drawn freely, and each section and material details will also be marked.
- Detailed proper partition type, technical documents, test reports, reference records, project specifications and project photos will be provided.
- Product sample boxes, assembled samples of finished products, sample card or color chart of supplementary materials can be provided on request. Sample rooms can be built based on agreement of both parties.
- The dimension of the construction site can be measured and checked according to the drawing, according to which relative written quotation which matches with the design project can be provided.
At sale service
- Recheck the dimension of the construction site according to the drawings which are confirmed not being changed.
- Timely stock supply and professional transportation channel enable us to provide our products to the construction site at the soonest.
- Appoint coordinated installation team, install professionally and strictly according to the DEKO installation instruction, conduct strict self-inspection and cooperate with the check and improvement.
